Q. How do I order a web design?
A. Choose the Plan Design that best meets your requirements. Pay 50% of the total in advance. We will contact you with questions about your site depending on Web Design ( content, colors, logo, domain, hosting, etc. ) once we receive verification of your payment. Your order can be paid online securely with all major credit cards or your checking account via PayPal.com.
Q. Why do I need to pay 50% first?
A. We have to purchase the domain name and hosting in advance, also it insures that you're serious about ordering.
Q. How do I pick a domain name for my web site?
A. For your domain name, you should pick something that reflects the content of your site. While some names are already taken, using '-' character may allow you to acquire a name very similar to your initial desire.
Other ways to select a name are to include geographic location, or other such unique information in the name. For example; DVDstore.com is taken, but DVDstorecanton.com probably isn't. Also, *.com are not the only extensions available, *.net, *.org are also heavily subscribed to, but *.biz, *.us, *.name, *.info are much less owned.
Q.How long will a Web Design take?
A.The time required differs, depending on the type and content of each site. However, once content and inital payment is recieved, we will start working on your design. Template Web Design can be completed in less than 5 days. Silver and Platinum Web Design are usually completed in less than 2 weeks.
Q.Can I see the site as it's being created?
A.Once two pages ( index and internal page ) are completed, you will be able to track the progress; either via the domain and/or hosting you purchased, or our demo web site. Feedback and comments are gladly accepted.
